Did you expect anything thing else? Victory is in the eye of the beholder - something like that. Your Victory will look different than mine. I consider it a good day when I have a plan and follow it fairly close. I also think of Victory with my eating habits as being flexible. If a neighbor calls and invites me to dinner I will accept that invitation and not get caught up in the legality of my plan for the day.
Friends and fellowship are far more important than one day's calorie count success. My new eating habits are just that; habits I am attempting to change and they are not meant to keep me from living and enjoying life. That is one reason I personally like Weight Watchers. It is a way of life and I am enabled to live one-day-at-a-time.

Victory today will look different than my victory tomorrow. Each morning I decide what I am going to do today that is different from yesterday. For instance, yesterday I walked around a lot at a Klondike days festival in Eagle River, WI. It was slow walking, but I was outdoors and I was moving. That was success for me that day. Today I will be walking outside (as soon as it warms up some) with my dog, Asa. The key for me is to be active; don't turn on the TV until evening, don't lay around...get up and move.
So, what are you going to do differently today - what will your Victory look like? I am on the sidelines cheering for you.
Scripture encouragement for today is from
Psalm 21 Listen to it here.
Very encouraging! :)
