Wiggles has a double meaning for me right now.  I need to have Wiggle room with my eating plan so that I can be very flexible.  If I get an invite to dinner with a neighbor I want to be able to accept without giving them the third degree about the menu.  I have learned enough on this journey that it isn't what I eat, but how much and how often.  Do I hear an, "Amen," from you?
It is important to me that I always be open to spur of the moment, spontaneous, and unplanned events.  I was not one you would identify with spontaneity.  If you look up the word in the dictionary you will not see my picture there.  I am trying to change all that; I need some fun in my life and I will just bet you do too.
The second meaning for wiggles is getting some exercise.  Life in the north woods of Wisconsin in the winter do not afford for a walk every day.  Some days it is just too cold, too snowy or too something or other.  So, wiggles is the answer.  Picture this: an Xbox 360, a Kinect Sensor and Dance Central Software and you have a major Wiggles going on.
My Golden Retriever, Asa, thought it such fun he tried to get in on the action this morning.  There is always a way to get some exercise in during the day.  It is important if I am going to be flexible with my eating plan any given day, I need to WIGGLE - to make up for it and have fun in the process.  It is great for the sanity too.
