- Writing this blog a few times a week helps keep me mindful of the behavior that I am trying to change.
- Having a goal every day to improve/change my eating habits so that I get healthier.
- Create new habits that keep me focused on people in my life and not my next meal.
- Most important for me is that I stay close to God, holding on to the truth of Christ's teachings, because my life depends on it.
Scripture encouragement for today is from 2 Thessalonians 2:16-17 "May our LORD Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal encouragement and good hope, encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good deed and word."
