Somehow, I am not even sure how at this point, I came across a website called The Daniel Plan (Check it out and you will see why I am writing about it today.) I recognize the need to change my habits drastically. I must find new ways to eat and different activities to partake in so that I can make big changes for my health and well-being. I viewed the first video online and have decided to use this for the next 6 weeks, as my plan of action.
I am also serious about finding an accountability partner I can work with. I have someone in mind and I will report back to you how that went. I have also found another online tool that is fun to use and which will help to keep me accountable to my goals. It is called, My fitness Pal. I am so weak in the area of writing out a eating plan/menu for the day. But, I know when I do this, it makes my the kitchen easier to navigate, as I don't have to make any big decisions when I am hungry. I simply go to my menu plan and make it happen!
Oh, I also do lots of praying and confessing my sinful ways. Each day is a new day and I am learning to take it one day at a time.
