Having a plan makes all the difference between giving in to my food stronghold and having the strength to turn away from the temptations that have been my downfall in the past. If I am having a difficult day, without a plan, I would grab a comfort food. With a plan, my stress level is already in a manageable place. This plan will include:
- Healthy filling foods
- Foods that I enjoy eating
- Snacks at various times throughout the day
Scripture Encouragement for today is from Ephesians 4:22-24 "You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness."
