What is holding you back? - Does the thought of starting over hold you back? Are you afraid of falling short of your goals again? Have you begun this journey so many times that you just don't have enough faith in yourself to try one more time? This is a common feeling but one that we can overcome.
With God's help I am learning that I am worth any effort it may take to start over. His Grace instills in me a realization that life is a series of do-over situations, regardless if it is a job, a relationship or an eating plan. Yesterday is over and done but today is fresh and new and filled with opportunity and hope.
Scripture encouragement for today is from Isaiah 58:8-9 (NIV) "Then your light will break forth like the dawn, and your healing will quickly appear; then your righteousness will go before you, and the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard. Then you will call, and the Lord will answer; you will cry for help, and he will say; Here am I."
